Pairing our liqueurs and chocolate will give you great satisfaction. But there is chocolate and chocolate. We have chosen to collaborate with LIM, a small and new local handcrafted reality, full of passion and quality.
The hibiscus of our Bitter enhances the acidic and citrous notes of this Nicaraguan cocoa bean, in an explosion of flavors and aromas, with a pleasantly bitter ending.
How to taste: bite a small piece of chocolate and let it melt, slowly. Take a larger piece, let it fill your mouth with its flavors and then sip the liqueur, until the two products become one.
